Volunteer Program

Getting the most out of a volunteer program requires careful design of key components: recruiting, onboarding, training, deployment, continuing education, and recognition. After years of spirited service to the community, with over 200 trained and active volunteers to manage, OneLegacy saw the need to focus their Donate Life Ambassadors and Spanish-speaking Embajadores de Done Vida on community interventions that had the potential to affect donation outcomes. The "Key Programs" included Ambassadors to Cities, DMV, High Schools, Hospitals, Media and Consulates. Ambassadors thrived under the new structure knowing their efforts were impacting the cause they held so dear.
